SHIPPING AND REFUNDS POLICY

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions laid out prior to purchasing any products from Outliers, Inc. The terms “Outliers”, “we”, “Thesis”, “us” and “our” refer to Outliers, Inc., and its affiliates and subsidiaries. By using https://takethesis.com/ (the “Site”) and placing an order, indicates you have accepted these online purchase, delivery and returns terms and conditions below, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service which governs this Shipping and Returns Policy.

ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund Policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product, including shipping; or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds apply to your first order only. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule, skip, or cancel at any time in your Thesis Account.

If you have issues with subsequent orders, simply contact the Support Team at hello@takethesis.com, tell us what happened, and we’ll see what we can do to help. Please note that for safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened boxes.

Canceling Your Subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Thesis Account or if you need assistance you can contact our team at hello@takethesis.com.


Pausing Your Subscription. We can't pause a subscription in perpetuity, but you can reschedule your next order to any date in the future. You can manage your subscription and delivery schedule by logging into your Thesis Account.

DELIVERY

Shipments. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third parties. This includes delivery address mistakes, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are present at the time of purchasing the goods.


Payment Processors. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, or alerts us to a ‘warning that this transaction has been identified as potentially high risk’, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
